Organic Himalayan Garlic

- this is the native Uttarakhand variety and the outer skin in light purple in color.

From the Himalayas, grown without Urea/Chemicals and without chemical wash. Unfortunately most of the ginger in the market is chemically washed to increase the shelf life and make it appear fresh.

Pahadi adrak / ginger at Hetha is not washed and you can find Himalayan soil particles on it.

Organic curry leaves / Kadi patta grown at Hetha Sikanderpur, Ghaziabad.

It has neuroprotective properties, excellent for hair growth and strengthen hair strands, regulates blood sugar and has several therapeutic properties.
