Organic curry leaves / Kadi patta grown at Hetha Sikanderpur, Ghaziabad.

It has neuroprotective properties, excellent for hair growth and strengthen hair strands, regulates blood sugar and has several therapeutic properties.

Fresh Jaman - Small amount of A2 curd

Jaman is very small amount of curd which is used to set curd. Curd goes sour very fast without any preservatives. No return/exchange is accepted for the same as the curd is without any preservatives. 

Colostrum from Gir, Sahiwal and Tharparkar cows also called as khees or posu for overall immunity and body system rejuvenation. 

The cow gives colostrum only for the first few days post delivery. At HETHA, the calf gets its full share and only the remaining colostrum is collected.

Khoya is prepared on order only. Packaging is done in glass jar for the same. 

Rich in vitamins and nutrients, it can be used to make sweets or can also be added in curries to give the creamy texture.

White butter (bilona makhan) is made by churning curd from the desi cow milk of HETHA's Gir and Sahiwal cows.

This butter can be easily converted into pure bilona ghee by heating it over low flame.

Paneer made from milk of indigenous cows only.

This paneer qualifies as medium fat paneer as per the guidelines laid down by FSSAI.

No addition or deletion of fat is done by Hetha.

Buttermilk / curd is used to curdle the milk inorder to make paneer.

Fresh A2 buttermilk churned from curd. No preservatives are added and hence it can go sour fast. Kadhi can be made if it tastes sour.

No exchange/return is possible.

It is also a very good cleanser. One can wash hair with sour buttermilk. It helps fight dandruff and also makes them strong and nourished.

This cheese is made without rennet. Refrigerate (do not deep freeze) and consume within 4 days of manufacturing date. Expect this cheese to be slightly salty as rock salt is added and would not stretch as much as mozzarella cheese available in the market.
